To make a purchase, simply e-mail or telephone us with details of the item you are interested in.
Our reply will include details of the final price, i.e. including shipping charges and anticipated delivery times. We can provide shipping to satisfy your needs and ship anywhere in the world (subject to the laws of your country).
Once payment has been received, the item will be mailed within 24 hours, unless ordered during the weekend period, in which case the item will be mailed on the following Monday.
Please be aware that once goods have been handed over to the postal service, shipper or other individual commissioned to despatch the goods, all responsibility for the goods and risk pertaining thereof, transfers to the buyer. In the event of loss or damage, compensation will be as specified by the commissioned despatcher and in accordance with their terms and conditions.
As for payment, we accept credit (Mastercard, Visa) and debit cards (Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Solo), cheque, banker's draft, international money order, etc. Credit and debit card transactions are made using HSBC Secure ePayments.
Payment can be made in Sterling or Euros.
Please note there is no fee applied when using a UK debit card. Non-UK debit cards and all credit cards attract a fee of 3% per transaction.
All items are covered by a one year guarantee of authenticity from the date of purchase. Consequently, should it be decided beyond all doubt during the guarantee period, that an item is not of the period to which it has been described in the sales description, as featured on the website listing, a refund will be given.
Furthermore, all items carry a 3 day inspection period; during this time, should you decide that the item is not to your satisfaction, you are free to return it by return of post.
Return shipping of the item will be at your risk and the item must be returned in the same condition as sold. Upon receipt of the item, a refund will be issued, less shipping charges.
